Chris Haynes promoted to Senior Vice President of First United Bank (Lubbock) – Chris Haynes has been promoted to Senior Vice President for First United Bank. He has been with First United Bank since March 2006 and has 9 years of banking experience. He currently works in loan review in First United Bank’s holding company, Plains Bancorp, located in the Lubbock Northwest Banking Center. He is responsible for managing the loan review department, reviewing loans to ensure that internal policies and procedures are followed and that the loan portfolio is properly risk-rated. Chris graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and graduated from the Texas Tech School of Bank Management in 2001. He is an active volunteer for March of Dimes, has served as a Loaned Executive for United Way and is an active member of Harvest Christian Fellowship.

Clay Carr promoted to Senior Vice President of First United Bank (Sudan) – Clay Carr has been promoted to Senior Vice President for First United Bank. He has been with First United Bank since July 2000 and has 14 years of banking experience. Clay graduated from Texas Tech University with a Master’s degree in Agricultural Finance and currently serves as a Loan Officer and Branch Manager for the Sudan Banking Center. He is an active community member, having served on the Finance committee, as an Usher, and as a Trustee for First Baptist Church. He also has served as Treasurer for Llanos Altos Baptist Association, President of the Sudan Hotel Heritage, Vice President of the Sudan Economic Development Committee, Sales Coordinator for the Littlefield Area Livestock Show, President and Vice President of the Sudan Ex-Students Association and Chairman of Sudan ISD Headstart.

Robin Rucker has been promoted to Assistant Vice President for First United Bank (Littlefield) – Robin Rucker has been promoted to Assistant Vice President for First United Bank. She has been with First United Bank since May 2005 and has 19 years of banking experience. She currently serves as a Lending Assistant in the Littlefield Banking Center. Robin graduated from South Plains College with her associate’s degree in science. She also attended Texas Tech School of Banking and is a graduate of the Texas A&M University Bank Operations Institution. Robin is an active member at First Baptist Church having served as a choir member, youth leader, Children’s Treehouse leader and vacation bible school worker. She is also a Littlefield Youth Baseball League Board Member and Littlefield Boys Basketball Association Board Member. Robin has also been involved with the Lions Club, WesTex Allied Communities and the Littlefield Chamber of Commerce.

Jo Tyler is active in the community having served as a volunteer for United Way, Amarillo Museum of Art, Junior League of Amarillo, American Heart Association, and Rotary East of Amarillo. She also serves as a First Presbyterian Church Deacon, Advisory Board member for The Salvation Army, Advisory Committee Member for Texas Panhandle MHMR, and as a volunteer for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
